These companies have agreed to abide by a strict Code of Ethics that far exceeds both State and Federal Laws.

We are committed to protecting your privacy giving you the most direct and immediate answers to your questions and we promise you a safe and informing experience.

How We Use Your Information Your request for reverse mortgage information will be forwarded to ONLY ONE FHA/HUD Approved Lender who has made a financial contribution to keep this service free to consumers. We do not participate in the loan process or receive any compensation of any kind for closed loans.

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any other third parties.

We do not use cookies to track your use of our site.

What Information do we collect?  Only the information that you voluntarily supply on our Request Information Form or when you call our Toll Free Info Line: 1-800-530-6434. All the Fields on our Request Form are Optional. You provide only the information you wish us to have and subsequently pass along to participating lenders.

We don't use this information to contact you with promotions, news about reverse mortgages or changes on the site. We do not offer advertising on our site and do not share any of your information with advertisers, marketers or any other third parties.
